University of Redlands Ranked Among the Nation’s Best Colleges

The University of Redlands has been named on Forbes’ list of America’s Top Colleges, among the top 20 schools in California to make the list. The rankings, which are compiled for Forbes by the Washington, D.C.-based Center for College Affordability and Productivity, focus on the things that matter the most to students: quality of teaching, great career prospects, high graduation rates and low levels of debt.
The Forbes rankings recognize the top 15 percent of the nation’s 4,000 colleges and universities, effectively putting the University of Redlands in the top 5 percent of all colleges in the United States. The University of Redlands joins such California schools as Stanford, Pomona College, Cal Tech, UC Berkeley and Pepperdine on the annual list. The 2012 rankings were posted on Aug. 1, and are available online at the Forbes.com website.
